Emma is a nutrition specialist and graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. After 3 years of brewing water kefir at home, she launched Brewed Well originally as a water kefir manufacturer. She soon realized (after much trial and error) that water kefir is not meant to be shelved but rather continuously brewed in the home for maximum benefits!
