Join Alexandra for a fun and interactive evening in The Beet where she’ll be demonstrating three easy-to-make recipes that have been carefully curated for pregnant women. Are you getting bored and tired of the same foods? Come learn how to make three delicious recipes, one for each trimester of pregnancy that will have you excited to step back into the kitchen. Afterward, sample the dishes and learn about the ingredients in each dish that are providing some of the essential nutrients required for your baby’s growth and development in each trimester of pregnancy.

The Mama In The Makin’ Nutrition Series for pregnancy is designed to provide nutritional information as well as holistic health and wellness resources to women who are thinking of conceiving, are currently trying to conceive or are pregnant at present. While the series was created with these women in mind, we invite anyone to attend these sessions – all are welcome, partners too!

Lead by: Alexandra Cenname, CHC – Holistic Health Coach

Alexandra is a Certified Health Coach, specializing in personal health coaching for pregnant women as well as those trying to conceive and women postpartum.

She believes in an individualized approach to health and wellness and recognizes that what works best for one client may not work for another. She founded Mama In The Makin’ in 2016 because she believes every woman can have a healthy pregnancy and achieve the birth experience that she wants with the proper education, encouragement, and empowerment. Her goal is to support you on your journey and transformation into motherhood with the right tools and resources, support and all the love.
